What our customers have to say.....
" We have just returned from our holiday in the Whitsundays and had the pleasure of going on your Whitehaven & Great Barrier Reef Adventures cruises. In our group of 8 adults and 6 children we were very impressed with your friendly staff and their professional manner in which they carried out their duties. We had a great time, the food was great and everything ran smoothly. Well done!"
"I want to thank your company for providing a very nice experience for my son and I when we went to the Great Barrier Reef on the 7th December. The facilities on the boat and at the pontoon were clean and neat and the staff all very personable and professional. We both dived with John O who led us on a lovely trip around the reef. We also took advantage of the massage on board 'Seaflight' and that was also a very delightful experience. Once again, thanks to all for a fantastic experience!"
Debbie & Dan Seidman
"A big compliment and thank you to such a professional operation you run. We took the trip to Knuckle Reef and we were both in absolute awe of the beauty of the reef whilst snorkelling, glass-bottom and semi-submersible boating. The entire operation and the professional crew helped make for a wonderful experience that you just have to do for yourself to truly appreciate. To top the day off we elected to take a scenic helicopter flight over the reef, which gives a totally different perspective that you do not truly appreciate until you do it for yourself. We flew over the Whitsunday Islands and back to South Molle Island where we are staying. Well done and we'll be back for some more of that experience next year!"
Damian & Sue Clark
I have just driven back from Airlie Beach to Melbourne and I just wanted to drop you a line to say how much we really enjoyed booking our cruise with your company. I was impressed not only with your professionalism but also with your friendliness. You made our trip up in the Whitsundays outstanding. We were more than happy with what we received on both the Great Barrier Reef Adventures and Camira Sailing Adventure day cruises. We're glad we chose your cruise, keep up the excellent work, I will be spreading a good word for your company."
Aaraon Hartson & Belinda Curtain
" I'm writing to say a huge thank you for the opportunity of visiting Knuckle Reef aboard Seaflight. I travelled on Saturday 18th February and had a fantastic time. Our pick-up from the Airlie Beach Hotel was on time, Boarding formalities were well planned, the boat itself, service and lunch was all great. Facilities on board the pontoon, safety briefings, equipment was all excellent. There's not one thing that can be faulted. I will recommend Cruise Whitsunday and Seaflight without hesitation."
I wanted to say thank you very much for our Great Barrier Reef cruise last week. When I boarded the 'Seaflight' departing for Knuckle Reef Lagoon, I had no intention of going Scuba diving. However, the quality of your diving team convinced me I would be safe and that I should give it a go. I would have been gutted if I had gone to Australia and not have gone diving at the Great Barrier Reef! So thankyou for getting me to experience diving, it was absolutely incredible. Everybody was so friendly and took it seriously. Special thanks to Brett."
"Myself and my wife and 2 yr old son took the Knuckle Reef Trip three weeks ago while on holiday in Australia from Ireland. I would like to pass on my comments: 'The best organised tour I have taken while on holiday anywhere in the world. fantastic staff, facilities, food, everything!!! Keep up the good work, I will certainly be recommending it to any of my friends visiting the area."
"We recently stayed at South Molle Island and spent the day on Camira. I was so impressed with the day I felt I should be telling someone about it. We were picked up on time, staff were considerate and knowledgeable and the food/drink was top quality - it wasn't overpromoted in the brochures to actually let you down on the day (as has happened with past experiences). There was also an abundance of food so you felt free to enjoy it all without staving or missing out. Also, the cleanliness! It was a sheer joy to see things so well looked after and maintained. You could eat off the floor! Lastly, the staff not only looked like they were enjoying their jobs, they were! Great to see people working but loving it so much they were part of the experience too. I can't tell you how important this is as a customer to aid in your own enjoyment. Thank you guys".
Sandy and Graeme Bateman
"My wife and I would like to pass on our thanks and appreciation for providing such a wonderful and memorable experience in the Whitsundays! We spent an incredible day aboard 'Camira', sailing throughout the beautiful Whitsunday Islands, visiting Whitehaven Beach, snorkelling in warm tropical waters and enjoying the fabulous BBQ lunch! Sailing aboard the big purple catamaran was by far the highlight of our trip to the Whitsundays. We hope to come back Downunder and do it again soon!"
Jon & Helen Braddock
"I just wanted to write a short note and thank you all for a fantastic day. I recently went on the 'Great Barrier Reef Adventure', and the entire day was perfect. The vessel was pristine, the food delicious and the staff just excellent. I'll definitely include it on my 'must do' list the next time I am fortunate enough to be in the Whitsundays. Thanks again."
"Thank you, you are doing a wonderful service. We had a great time on Saturday 30th April. Special thanks to Matt the Marine Biologist who guided us on our Snorkelling Reef Safari. For Sylvia who experienced her first ever snorkelling trip, it was incredible. Thank you for so much history and information on the coral and fish. We hope to return again next year. The food was wonderful, the entire staff so friendly. Sincere regards."
Sylvia & Ron White
I have today been on your Great Barrier Reef Cruise from Hayman Island and I just had to write to say what a memorable day I have had, made more so by the efficiency and very high standard of service provided by the entire crew on the boat. I am on holiday from the U.K and can honestly say I have never received the level of service that I received today. It is hard to single out any particular person but I must thank Brenda for showing utmost patience in accompanying me on a snorkelling trip which I would have never been able to do on my own being extremely nervous of the water. I also did the Seawalker and again had superb guidance and attention from young Joel. Please accept this letter as a testament to your very fine staff."
I am sending my thanks and appreciation for the amazing day we had cruising the islands on 'Camira'. We have just returned to Canada after 2 months in Australia and New Zealand and of all the fabulous things we did and saw, my favourite day of all was the day on the big purple catamaran. The crew was friendly and welcoming, yet always highly professional. The food was delicious and the boat itself - well, absolute luxury. I felt pampered all day, and haven't relaxed so much in years. IT was a beautiful, wonderful experience, thank you all so much."
